Susan Goldsberry

A renowned cosmetic chemist and successful entrepreneur, Susan has been the driving force behind numerous award-winning formulations. With decades of experience in product development, IP creation, and innovation, she founded Benchmark Cosmetic Laboratories in 2007, which was acquired by KDC/one in 2019. In 2020, she founded Project Chemistry to further advance beauty science, and in 2022, she launched Ina Labs, a brand focused on intimate skincare.

Susan’s legacy of pioneering formulations and her deep industry knowledge continue to push the boundaries of beauty science through advanced innovation and a strong commitment to sustainability.
